She's finished!

I wore her for a bit today for Halloween and I have to make some minor adjustments like adding elastic into the shoe cover so it doesn't keep sliding off and style my bangs ( i didn't get around to doing that yet lol)

BUT HERE SHE IS! SUPER SAILOR NEPTUNE!
